All Friends Animal Sanctuary

Fifth Sun Project and All Friends Animal Sanctuary teamed up for the weekend to help raise funds for multiple. causes in the city of Vegas.
FSP aimed to raise funds for their DACA program.
(DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, is a U.S. immigration policy that gives protection from deportation and work permits to immigrants who were brought to the country as children).
AFAS was raising funds to help feed the various animals they’ve rescued through the years and live on the property.
“Together, after material costs, we raised $916, split between us for our DACA fund and @allfriendsanimalsanctuarylv for their furry residents. Two very different and very deserving causes! The collective efforts, solidarity, and creativity was beautiful to say the least.”
The private sanctuary is ran by it’s founder, Tara, and open to the public during fundraising events - where you can take a tour of the space & meet ALL of the animals. Camille & Richie (of the vegan collective @lasvegasanimalsave) are also two of the tour guides available, who also help keep the animals fed and looking their best.
The event also included a few art workshops.
Painting workshops led by @bluumangoo & @xochilart and ceramics workshops led by @yazceramix & @automata .
